- AC won't turn off once it reaches set temperature and keeps running unless you shut down the AC. This results in an increase in hydro bills
- I called to complain about how it affects their Frontline staff when they don't return phone calls to the customer. I stated that the customers are so frustrated when they finally have someone to talk to that they are sending their staff into the lion's den. That's when they informed me they will not be honouring their 10 year parts and labour warranty. Sadly, the staff disclosed that they are used to it.
